This is a view of the Quad IIII position. At the bottom of the shot, that bracket is the SM/SLA Electrical Umbilical Disconnect. Above this point would be mounted the High Gain S-band antenna for lunar missions. Skylab CSM's didn't need them in earth orbit. At the base of the engine, the cylindrical heat-shield is missing which would cover up those hoses. (Thanks to David Weeks)
